Provide social, educational, vocational, medical, psychological, and housing rehabilitative programming services.<\/p>\n<p>Job Type: Full Time<\/p>\n<p>Pay: $32-$35<\/p>\n<p>Work Location: Galt CA<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h1>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate and co-facilitate group counseling and educational<\/li>\n<li>Provide appropriate referrals and act as a client advocate, when<\/li>\n<li>Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients, when<\/li>\n<li>Perform individual and or group treatment in accordance with best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Provide medication monitoring and drug<\/li>\n<li>Participate in weekly case and chart<\/li>\n<li>Work in close collaboration with other Counselors, Support Sta\ufb00, Leaders, and<\/li>\n<li>Develops an individualized treatment plan, representing a comprehensive continuum of care and addressing follow-up service needs to prevent relapse for each participant on their caseload.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains individual participant treatment \ufb01les in accordance with agency policies and procedures, including treatment plan implementation and documentation of substance abuse counseling and activities, as well as all other pertinent<\/li>\n<li>Delivers individual and group substance abuse counseling and educational services, as well as other gender-speci\ufb01c and trauma informed services.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates a culturally competent environment along with therapeutic activities that promote cultural awareness, sensitivity, and support.<\/li>\n<li>Provide comprehensive relapse prevention<\/li>\n<li>Provide counseling to strengthen positive relationships and support systems with peers, family, and<\/li>\n<li>Maintain safety and security of facility.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold and enforce G.L.O.M. Substance Abuse Programs standards, policies and procedures, client rights, and professional code of ethics and conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Document client Prepare documentation accurately and within time frames.<\/li>\n<li>Intervene during crisis intervention<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the agency\u2019s Orientation training, sta\ufb00 meetings, and in-service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>QUALIFICATIONS<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be at least 18 years<\/li>\n<li>Current American Red Cross Adult First Aid, CPR Completion Certi\ufb01cate or agree to complete before start<\/li>\n<li>Must provide documentation of a TB test within the last<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a valid California driver\u2019s license and have a clean driving<\/li>\n<li>License Required: Valid California Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Class<\/li>\n<li>Travel: Willingness to travel: 25% of<\/li>\n<li>Certi\ufb01ed Alcohol and\/or Other Drug Counselor Level I or greater (CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III, LAADC), by State-approved organization (i.e. CCAPP)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience with substance use disorder (SUD) speci\ufb01c<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related \ufb01elds.<\/li>\n<li>Exercises mature judgment and projects a professional<\/li>\n<li>Good problem solving and con\ufb02ict resolution Excellent professional and personal boundaries with clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to lift and\/or carry up to 40<\/li>\n<li>Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate stairs and walkways<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in an
