POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide support to the Substance Abuse Program (SAP) program by coordinating transportation activities based on the needs of the client and the availability of vehicles.
Job Type: Full Time Pay: $22-$24
Work Location: Galt CA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transport clients to and from their destinations
- Arrive at destinations on time
- Maintain document of all scheduled pick-up times
- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
- Use navigation applications to determine the best route
- Conduct daily vehicle maintenance check and ensure vehicle is fueled and ready for use
- Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
- Keep and maintain mileage records and ensure repair records up to date
- Perform all other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly school diploma
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Current American Red Cross Adult First Aid, CPR Completion Certificate
- Must provide documentation of a TB test within the last year
- Must possess a valid California Driver’s License Class B with passenger endorsement and have a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the day
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual dexterity.
- The ability to drive in inclement weather and heavy traffic.
